A Place to Talk is seeking a licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Mental Health Therapist to provide individual, couples, or group therapy. Ideal candidates are passionate about equity in mental health, skilled in evidence-based practices, and open to collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy to a diverse caseload

  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and referral sources

  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training

  • Uphold ethical and professional standards of care​

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

  • Licensed or pre-licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)

  • Experience with telehealth and/or in-person therapy

  • Strong clinical skills and cultural humility

  • Bilingual or BIPOC-identified clinicians encouraged to apply
