Individual counseling in office & online
All of our providers tailor their support to your needs using integrated therapeutic approaches. Each session is 60 minutes.
These services may be covered by your insurance, EAP, or self pay fee ($100 - $120).
Insurance:
Aetna, Ameriben, Banner Aetna, BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, Meritian, Optum, Triwest, & UHC - United Health Care.
EAP (Employee Assistance Program): Cigna EAP (different from insurance), Compsych, Curalinc, Telus Health.
**Note: We are NOT contracted with Mediaid (AHCCCS), Medicare, nor ACA plans (Affordable Care Act).
Psychiatric Services (virtual only)
Medication management with our partner A Beautiful Mind, LLC -
Yolanda Wiliams, PMNHNP-BC.
Insurance: Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, CIGNA, Oscar Health, Oxford, CareFirst, and United Healthcare.
Medication Management in English only & EAP does NOT apply.
Group sessions are 60 - 90 minutes long and designed for small groups of 2 to 5 individuals.
​These services may be covered by your insurance (same companies as for individual therapy services, see above) or a self-pay fee ($80 - $100). EAP coverage does not apply.​​​​
Letters for Gender Affirming Care
​​The letter confirms the individual's gender identity, experience of gender dysphoria (if applicable), and their desire for care aligned with their identity.

Luisa Nagore, LPC and Chad Mosher, PhD are certfied clinical supervisors by the AZBBHE and APA. Private clinical supervision for associate level providers is a 60 minutes appointments, virtual and/or in office, for a self pay fee of $110.
