As a first-generation American, I bring both lived experience and professional training into my counseling practice. Having gone through my own process of religious deconstruction and exploring sexuality, I know how layered questions of identity, belonging, and meaning can feel.

I specialize in working with young adults, professionals, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals who are exploring or redefining their spirituality. My therapeutic approach draws on CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, and art-based modalities, always tailored to fit each client’s unique needs. What often distinguishes my style, however, is my intentional use of humor. I believe that incorporating play into adulthood is not just restorative but also a necessary element of health. Laughter can ease tension, open doors to deeper insight, and remind us that healing does not always need to feel heavy to be meaningful.

My goal is to create a collaborative, supportive environment where clients feel both understood and empowered. Together, we can navigate challenges, foster growth, and cultivate a sense of balance—while making space for lightness and joy along the way.
